1. Are they available to do an on-site visit?

Absolutely, with every booking we offer a free, no obligation site survey to assess the proposed site, discuss your requirements and show you a portfolio of ideas to help create your perfect marquee.

2. What colour is the marquee? What types of lining are available?

All our marquees are white. Where we do have a huge choice is the linings that provide the decorative touch inside. Available in both pleated and flat designs and in a huge range of different colours we will have the lining for you.

3. Do they also rent tables and chairs and are they included in the price?

We do have an extensive range of furniture and catering equipment for you to choose from all of which can be found on our furniture page on the website. When we send over the quote for your event the furniture items will have their price clearly displayed making it easy for you to budget according to the number of guests.

4. Can the Marquee hire company provide a generator if additional electricity is needed.

Yes, we work with a number of companies in Surrey and the surrounding areas, we can either organise your generator for you making a stress free process for you or if you prefer you can contact our recommended companies direct.

5. Can they provide interior lighting, exterior lighting, heating and a public address system for speeches.

We have a wide choice of lighting which we will be happy to advise you on depending on the style and atmosphere you are creating in your marquee. If you are having your event in the winter months then we can provide thermostat controlled heaters which will make your marquee warm and cosy for your guests. We also provide a small PA system suitable for speeches, anything more substantial we can organise from one of our suppliers.

6. Can your theme and decorations be incorporated into the structure easily?

The structures we use are called “Clearspan Marquees” – this particular design is fantastic for decorating and adding accessories. The linings all have Velcro slits so anything can be hung from the structure. Our experienced team will always be on hand to help with any tricky theming requests you may have.

7. Can the company arrange portable toilets if necessary?

We do not supply the toilets ourselves, we prefer to concentrate on providing a high standard of marquee so we leave it to the professionals. We work week in week out with our trusted preferred suppliers and will happily arrange delivery for your toilets on your behalf.

8. How soon before the event will they set up the marquee? When will it be dismantled?

The answer to this question depends a lot on the terms of your chosen venue or your flexibility leading up to the event. However for our wedding marquees we always like to have the marquee finished and ready for decoration one day before your event leaving plenty of time for the florists etc to work their magic. The marquee will be dismantled the second day after your event.

9. Will someone be available on-call during the event in the event of any emergencies?

Whenever we have a marquee in use there is always a member of our experienced on call help team to deal with any problems. It is very rare that we are contacted during the event as most problems are ironed out before hand, however should there be a need for us to come out to the venue we will be there right away. All emergency contact numbers will be given to you in our customer information pack which you receive when our team leave.

10. How far in advance are bookings required?

Our advice to all of our customers is sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. To maintain our high standards we limit ourselves to only two weddings a week. The booking can be as early as a year in advance so as soon as you have made a decision let us know and we can book you in!

11. What is the cancellation/postponement policy?

We ask that you pay a non refundable 20% deposit to confirm your booking. The rest of the balance is due on the day that our team arrive to erect the marquee. Should you need to postpone your event there is no penalty, just give us the new date and we will try our best to accommodate you. If the event is unfortunately cancelled over 28 days of the event date the deposit will be refunded minus 20% (£50 minimum) to cover administration costs. If the event is cancelled within 28 days of the event date the full deposit is non refundable.

12. Is VAT included in the final price?

VAT is included in the final price. The VAT breakdown is clearly displayed at the bottom of every quote that we do.
