Where to have your marquee?

In your own garden

To erect a marquee in your own garden, you will need to ensure that it will be erected on flat-ish land and that there is a perimeter of approximately 2ft around the outside of the edge of the marquee to erect and disassemble it.

 

At your detailed site visit, your dedicated team member will check these details for you and take precise measurements.

At a venue

Many licensed wedding venues have preferred suppliers who erect marquees for them, and so please check with the venue’s Event Co-ordinator who will confirm whether they have an existing supplier or if they are happy to have Monaco Marquees provide a marquee for them.

 

What's discussed at the site visit?

 

Monaco Marquees will provide you with a precise, easy to follow quote, inclusive of all VAT, and delivery charges (where applicable). We will need to know the number of guests you are expecting, and will talk through further requirements, such as service tents, toilets, walkways and dance areas.

 

The site visit allows us to take detailed measurements and note any particular details about your site. We have photos of other events to show you so you can see what various combinations look like.

 

If you would like to see specific samples of linings, please let the Events Co-ordinator know in advance.

 

Having a loose plan of the day and how the guests will flow through the spaces will ensure the best possible layout and look is achieved.

Food and drink are crucial elements to any party or celebration. For all catering requirements, Monaco Marquees works in partnership with Surrey based firm 'How Can We Help You?'. You can discuss all your catering requirements with your Monaco Event Co-ordinator and meet directly with the Head Chef.

 

What else do you need to think about?

 

Additional services needed may be discos, bands and toilet hire. Your contact at Monaco Marquees personally arranges and manages these additional services for you, so your events fits together perfectly.
