What is the typical marquee hire period quoted for? |

You are typically charged a 3-day marquee hire rate (approx. 72 hours). Additional periods are available on application and for an additional fee. Please speak with your consultant for further details. |

When do I need to pay for the marquee hire? |
A |
A 20% non-refundable deposit is all that is required to confirm your hire booking. The remaining balance must be paid seven days before the event unless otherwise agreed. |

Are there any hidden charges? |

Absolutely not. At Monaco Marquees there are no hidden charges. The price that you see on the hire price list is the price that will be paid. The VAT is included in the price and we do not charge for delivery, erection of marquees or charge a premium for marquees erected on concrete/hard standing surfaces. When should I make my marquee hire reservation? |

Please book as early as possible, especially for the busy summer and Christmas periods. To ensure 100% satisfaction we recommend that we install the marquee at least one day before the event; this will allow us to make any changes that you may wish for and give you plenty of time to organise your event. |

Can I make changes to my marquee order? |

Additions are welcome, but subject to availability. Small deletions prior to delivery (except marquees) can be accommodated. We advise that any changes you wish are raised well in advance of your event to ensure stock availability. |

What level of service can I expect when Monaco Marquees arrives? |

You can expect a 100% quality service. Our charge does not just include the marquee hire and equipment – when you place an order with Monaco, it is our objective to exceed expectations. When our friendly, professional and conscientious team arrives they will erect the marquee in an agreed location and help in the setting up with furniture if requested. When it comes to disassembling the marquee after your event, you can be assured everything will be left clean and tidy. |

What happens if something is broken damaged or missing when I hire a marquee? |
A |
Unfortunately we do have to charge for missing, broken or damaged items. All equipment is the responsibility of the client for the duration of the hire period. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and well protected. One of our team members will run through an inventory with you and tell you everything you need to know on this matter when the marquee is assembled. |

What safety precautions need to be considered when hiring a marquee? |

Safety is of the utmost importance. When our team is on-site we ask that clients do not occupy the erection areas and their immediate surroundings. We also request that children and pets are kept a safe distance away. Safety checks are conducted throughout erection and precautions such as luminous tape on tent pegs are put in place. Every client will be run through our recommended safety precautions on erection of every job. We encourage customers to ask any questions they may have and to contact us at anytime – no matter what the time - if they require any additional safety advise. |
